How do you deliver the upskilling session?
The Building AI Organisations is delivered in an interactive 2-hour training session, including 90 minutes content delivery + 30 minutes Q&A and discussion. It can be delivered virtually or in-person.
It's targeted at Organisation Effectiveness / Development practitioners, Change Management experts, Team Effectiveness leaders, and Transformation specialists. Experts from other areas - including HR, Strategy, Digital / IT, and Process Design - may also benefit from the session. It's optimised for 8-25 participants, but can be adapted to suit larger audiences.
Participants will receive a short 'Building AI Organisations' playbook that includes practical guidance and frameworks to help drive action in their day to day work.
