What I talk about

We are at a unique moment, where generative AI is developing at breakneck speed, and us humans are struggling to keep up.   I do believe AI is a Normal Technology, and will take some months to diffuse into work and life.  But, we have never been faced with a bigger scale or pace of change than we are now.

Building on +20 years experience working in digital + people transformation, my talks are aimed at helping individuals and leaders navigate the transition to the Age of AI with clarity and confidence.  I combine my deep understanding of AI in the context of change with practical frameworks for making work better with AI, at both the strategic and operational level. 

In all speaking engagements, I hope to move my audience beyond AI hype to actionable strategies that make the most of both AI and the unique skills of the humans using it.
